At U.C.A.S.S., we understand the importance of support for people working towards recovery. We assist you in putting together a support team that includes a mental health worker, and we provide you with a psychiatric referral if needed. Depend on us to provide whatever assistance you need to make the progress you want.
COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
If a client has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, or schizophrenia, we will refer him/her to a psychiatrist for a psychological evaluation. The results of the evaluation help us create a recovery plan for the client.
People with the kinds of conditions mentioned above often cannot function on their own. We locate the ideal mental health worker to help them navigate life. The duties of this type of worker include making sure clients take their prescribed medication.
Coping with mental illness and recognizing triggers is the focus of family therapy and therapeutic consultation. These treatments also provide information and data that helps family members develop a tough love skill set that is essential in promoting a client's recovery instead of enabling the client.
